• Return or cancellation must be requested within 14 days from the purchase date or subscription start date.

• Monthly Plans: Cancel within 14 days of first billing cycle for refund. No refunds after 14 days.
• Quarterly Plans: Full refund if cancelled within 14 days of first billing cycle.
• Semi-Annual Plans: Full refund within 14 days of initial billing cycle.
• Annual Plans: Full refund within 14 days of initial subscription date.

No refunds will be issued after the 14-day refund period.

• Subscription plans already billed or in use.
• Digital products already accessed, downloaded, or consumed.
• Sale or discounted products (unless defective).
• Personalized or custom-made digital products.

2. Provide subscription details and reason for cancellation.
3. If eligible, refund will be processed to original payment method within 14 business days.

• Refunds are issued to original payment method within 14 business days.
• Refund includes subscription cost but excludes setup fees unless service is defective.
• No refund will be issued for accessed or consumed digital content.

• Assist in resolving the issue.
• Provide replacement access or full refund if product is defective.

• Setup fees or additional service charges.
• Taxes or duties paid (unless required by law).

We do not offer direct exchanges for digital products or subscriptions. Please cancel your existing subscription and place a new order if needed.
